Ibraclever Tech is a web design studio in Arusha, Tanzania. We design and build websites, branding, and digital creatives for businesses across Tanzania and beyond.
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content at scale, or misuse contact or newsletter forms. We may update site content at any time without notice.
Information on this site (including pricing pages and service descriptions) is general guidance. A formal quote or proposal defines the scope, timeline, and fees for a specific project. Work begins only after both parties agree in writing (email is fine) and any required deposit is received.
Designs, mockups, code, copy, and other deliverables we create remain our intellectual property until paid for in full, unless a written agreement says otherwise. After full payment, you receive the agreed licence or ownership of the final deliverables for your business use. You may not reuse our portfolio work, templates, or unpurchased concepts without permission. Third-party assets (fonts, stock, plugins) remain subject to their own licences.
Where applicable, invoices are due as stated on the quote or invoice (typically a deposit to start and a balance before launch or handoff). Late payment may pause work. Refunds, if any, are handled case by case and usually exclude work already completed.
Timely feedback, content, and access (hosting, domains, brand assets) help projects stay on schedule. Delays on the client side may shift timelines. You confirm that materials you supply do not infringe others’ rights.
We take care with our work, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for issues caused by third-party hosting, plugins, or services outside our control. Our total liability for a project is limited to fees paid for that project, except where Tanzanian law does not allow such a limit.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Disputes will first be addressed in good faith; failing that, through the courts or processes available in Tanzania.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the revised terms.
